Alfredo Berti

Alfredo Berti (Empalme Villa Constitución, Santa Fe, October 5, 1971) is an Argentine former professional football player and manager.

As a player, he was a midfielder who featured for Newell's Old Boys, Atlas of Guadalajara, América de Cali, and Boca Juniors, with his career cut short by severe injuries in Boca that later led to a significant legal compensation ruling.

Transitioning into management, he started as Marcelo Bielsa's assistant in Chile before managing clubs across Argentina, Paraguay, and securing historic success with Independiente Rivadavia—highlighted by achieving promotion in 2023 and winning the Copa Argentina in November 2025 to qualify for the Copa Libertadores.
