Ricardo Zielinski

Ricardo Alberto Zielinski (Lanús, Buenos Aires, October 14, 1959) is an Argentine former professional football player and manager who currently manages Belgrano in the Argentine Primera División.

As a player, he was a midfielder who played for various clubs in the lower categories of Argentine football, securing an promotion to the top flight with Chacarita in 1983.

As a manager, he has built a reputation as a pragmatic and highly respected tactician known for taking over challenging projects, most notably leading Belgrano to a historic promotion in 2011 and winning the 2026 Torneo Apertura with the same club.

Throughout his extensive career, he has managed numerous teams in Argentina and Uruguay—including Racing Club, Atlético Tucumán, Estudiantes de La Plata, Nacional, Independiente, and Lanús—earning praise for his ability to maximize the potential of his squads.
