Andrés Yllana

Andrés Roberto Yllana (Rawson, Chubut, July 30, 1974) is an Argentine former professional football player.

As a player, he was a hardworking midfielder who began his professional career with Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata, played in Italy for Brescia and Verona, represented the Argentina national team under managers Daniel Passarella and Marcelo Bielsa, and won the 2007 Copa Sudamericana with Arsenal de Sarandí.

Transitioning into management, he has built an extensive career managing various clubs across Argentina and Chile, highlighted by leading Aldosivi to promotion to the Argentine Primera División in 2024, before taking charge of Ecuadorian side Deportivo Cuenca in September 2026.
