Juan Pablo Vojvoda

Juan Pablo Vojvoda Rizzo (General Baldissera, Córdoba, January 13, 1975) is an Argentine former professional football player and manager.

As a player, he was a central defender who started his career at Newell's Old Boys, spent several seasons playing in Spain's lower divisions (Compostela, Algeciras, Cultural Leonesa, and Baza), and finished his career in Argentine regional leagues.

Transitioning into management, he built a solid reputation in Argentine football before achieving historic success abroad—notably leading Unión La Calera to their first-ever Copa Libertadores qualification in Chile and guiding Fortaleza to an unprecedented period of sustained success in Brazil, including a Copa Sudamericana final in 2023.

After subsequent stints with Santos and Racing Club, he most recently served as the head coach of Racing until September 2026.
